Before most people ever heard of wireless mic technology, John Nady, founder and President of Nady Systems, was consumed by the idea of wireless as the wave of the future. A rock guitarist himself, John recognised early on that if he could come up with an effective, inexpensive replacement to the cord, the music world would respond entusiastically. As we know, he was right.
It didn't take long for the word to spread. John began performing with the world's first wireless band in 1971, and after several years of development, he began personally calling on the stars. By 1980, dozens of top-name performers, including Jefferson Starship, Neil Young, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Toto and Heart were Nady converts. By the early 1980's, after the Stones used 14 channels of Nady wireless in their world tour, Nady was globally accepted as the name in wireless. Throughout the '80's, 75% of top touring bands used Nady. Even today, with so many other manufacturers actively competing for artist endorsees, Nady has an impressive artist roster. Although many of these performers have been offered free promotional wireless systems by competitors, they've still chosen to buy Nady.
So, although there is now more competition in the wireless market, Nady Systems still remains not only the first, but the best. The only exclusively dedicated wireless manufacturer in the world, Nady continues to be, as always, at the forefront of wireless technology and committed to providing the best price/performance available. With Nady's new Metal Series (the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum), there's a wireless for everyone from entry level musician the seasoned pro...and the legend continues.
