Nady Audio Introduces Updated
TD-1 Tube Distortion Floor Effects Pedal

TD-1

Emeryville, CA — Nady Systems has announced a recent re-issue of an updated version of their groundbreaking TD-1 Tube Distortion floor effects pedal. The TD-1 was originally marketed during the mid-1980's and was one of the first such units available.

Building on the core 12AX7 tube pre-amp design of the original TD-1, Nady has made the new TD-1 more versatile by expanding the control functions—both the tone shaping and EQ sections now include a choice of 3 variable drive gain settings, and an extensive EQ section includes variable HF, LF, and presence controls, plus High end and Mid Boost 3-way select switches.

Operating mode is selected via a heavy-duty true by-pass switch with status LED indicator. The unit is housed in a rugged steel case.

"We're very excited about the new TD-1—it's the best sounding tube distortion pedal available and a worthy successor to our pioneering TD-1 from 20 years ago," commented John Nady, President of Nady Systems. "This unit offers an amazing range of classic tube sounds from slight distortion to the most severe overdrives — all with lots of sustain and great note definition. It's a real tone machine. Best of all, it's only a fraction of the cost of other tube distortion pedals on the market, so you no longer have to spend a lot to get the guitar sound you're looking for."
